Team name:
Uncharted Interactive (unofficial)

Project name:
SYNAPS (without the E)

Brief description:
SYNAPS is a strategy puzzle game based on the classic Chinese strategy game GO, where users capture and secure territory on a grid using Stones to indicate ownership. SYNAPS follows many of the same rules as GO while introducing new and exciting features.

Target aim:
Our goal is to deliver the classic GO experience to the modern strategy gamer on multiple platforms!

Compensation:
We do plan on monetizing this project, hence it is probono (you will get paid after the game ships).  Your compensation will be based on position and hours invested.  In the end, we will all get what we put into it.

Technology:
Depending on the needs of the targeted platform we may be working with various SDK, including but not limited to Steam, Apple and Android.

Talent needed:
LEAD PROGRAMMER
Currently, we are without a programmer!  Initially we need a programmer capable of developing the product for computer, but ideally we will be porting to many of the popular mobile devices so additional programming knowledge may come in handy.  I might point out the "Lead" part of the title means that there may be more programmers but we need someone to head the department.

Team structure:
Currently we have a  Project Coordinator & Designer,  Artist, Composer, and SFX Designer ( Me ).

While the Project Coordinator is generally the last stop for most decisions, we highly value collaboration and creative contribution.  Everyone has a different way of doing and seeing things and we view that as opportunity to learn and discover new things.  That said, we encourage communication and contribution in any way you feel helpful.  This is a team effort, so if we are all working toward the same goal anyone can be a leader!

Contacts:
Please contact me via the personal message or on this thread

That's not what pro bono means.

Also, I would recommend you read this post if you haven't already.

It wasn't clear.  I deleted my reply to yours though (hoping to get in before anyone saw it), so you sound a little bit more insecure than you would otherwise.  I'm sorry.

My reply was a suggestion, then, that the project be moved to unpaid collaborations if that be true.  Which, well you replied to now didn't you.
