I participated in Ludum Dare 19 (my first one!) and actually managed to make a game in it! I thought it wouldn't hurt anyone if I shared it here too.
So, here's a take from the readme:
You are an alien therapist from outer
space hired to clean your patients
minds from traumas. Armed with your
therapeutic cannon, you are placed
into patients consciousness.
Too bad you won't survive.So it's a quite basic arena shooter with WASD + mouse controls and some dancey music and flashing colors

Oh, it is fps dependant, so make sure you are playing it on a computer fast enough
