Cyborg Storm is a wargame-simulation sci-fi about conflict between human race and evil machines race. Ofcourse player takes the side of evil machines race.
I decided to have kind of a little dark humour Cannon Fodder graphic style.
Features:
-turn based, but you dont control units individualy
-proceduraly generated hex based maps
-no health bars but location based damage system
-advanced LOS
-dynamic day/night and weather cycles
-many many more
Right now I'm focusing on completing a humanoid - human warfare. But very soon I will start working on vehicles for both sides.
Then I'm planing to work on biological and biological-mechanical warfare, so player will be able to "farm" people, construct own viruses(turning people into zombie for egzample), cyborgs, or different kind of aliens. Those are future plans.
So here is kind of insane test. I gathered 1000 innocent civilians and surrounded them with my robotos(they are wrongly labeled in game as a cyborgs) with pumped miniguns.
The fun begins:
Still some of civilians escaped. Civilians are red squares on minimap(left bottom corner). They are running along the road to escape from the map. I've circled where player is looking.
