Hey there!

I've seen it done in photoshop before, so I know it can be done in gimp. Does anyone know how to make a 3d circle, or tourus(right spelling?) in gimp?

Thanks again!

(mods: right place? if not, can you move it please?)

First coherent thought while scrolling down this page was 'doughnuts'.

Can't you just fill a circle then remove the center and a radius?

Filters > Map > Map Object > Map to: Sphere

Doesn't seem to have a torus option.

I've seen it done in photoshop before, so I know it can be done in gimp.

That's not a safe assumption to make.
