Drawing over yes, inking over I've never had any problems, then playing around with the levels in photoshop makes it dissapear.

Depends what you ink with. I'm kind of fond of dip pens, and those don't deal so well with things which aren't bristol or frisk or something similar; not to mention that those and technical pens can both carve into correction fluid if you're not careful. Ballpoints tend to crack it; you're left with markers, really, or the disposable kind of tech. pen.

(I have a smaller, older tablet PC; I don't get on with drawing on it at all, unfortunately. The thickness of the screen means that it's impossible to calibrate for more than one viewing angle, so the cursor seems really imprecise... :/)
