Hello everyone, allow me to introduce myself. Name is Brandon and i've been programming for 3 years now.

This is my first original game, I've made pong and snake and such.

so me and a couple friends decided to make a game of our own, if nothing else but to learn what is what. I'm the lead programmer and the storyboard director decided on the name.

it's a side-scrolling shooter and i wondered if you guys had any tips on how to not pick up any bad habits.

Thanks for the warm welcome  this is a little embarrassing but i do not have any screen-shots  however i do have a website for my little group. ill see if i can bug my art director for a mock-up tomorrow
