Jump That Bird is a game of love. Of loss. Of insurmountable odds. A game that peels back the skin of the human condition in order to take a cold, hard, analytical look at what makes a man tick. Our hero, Chuck, is beset with adversaries and has but one simple goal: to jump that bird. Help him meet his inevitable end and perhaps you will, in turn, jump your own inner birds. I went into this sceptical, and thinking it would be much harder. I got to the end with very little effort. All I had to do was play the game. Occasionally I had to jump, yes, but it wasn't hard, all it took was a willingness to make an attempt. Upon reaching the end I thought, "my god, this is certainly impossible," but I jumped anyway. I jumped because it was all I could do, and though I was certain I would lose, it was inevitable, I succeeded.
I started typing this to complain, but.. I see what you did there, and it's all so obvious now...

So many manbabies... why?
I'm surprised responses are so optimistic. I interpreted the giant bird as a metaphor for the futility of human progress.

This game really made me think about life, about obstacles that we must overcome, or 'jump' and how we think we are clear, more come along.

You have much to learn when you leave your nest. All it takes is one good jump.. and then you learn to fly better than the birds.

but wat if i didint wan to jump burd? When a baby elephant is born, its keepers tie its leg to a stake. The baby, small and weak, is unable to break the cord. Eventually it stops trying, and when it becomes a brother elephant, it still believes it cannot break the cord. It justifies this "fact" by believing it does not *want* to. This circular reasoning keeps might elephants tied by a weak cord and keeps brother men like you from fulfilling your potential. Break that rope. JUMP THAT BIRD, brother man.
