Looking cool!  I had to laugh as the player sprite currently looks like a brown headed girl with pig tails shooting a lazor out of her eyes.  Can't unsee it now.

can you please make the goal of the heroes to destroy the Dungeon because the land is in a heated civil war over how the dungeon name should be spelled.

Both grass tilesets look good to me.  I prefer the first one personally, but they're both good I feel.

updated the first post in the topic with a DEMO of version 0.6. it is not much to do, press the Survival button to test the game, scroll mouse to change from Mining to Spell to Building(Not in demo)

I like the new name better, it is easier to read/remember and it sounds nicer.
I can't tell what the 2nd and 3rd HUD icons are standing for though.

The first is Mining, you hold left mouse button to mine the blocks.
The Second is Magic, Use it to fend of enemies/Heroes to gain gold.
The Last is Building, You can build walls for defense, Traps to kill enemies, Lairs that you can recruit new monsters for your command.

Do Dungeons is the best name for a game I have ever heard.

Awesome name, keep it. Seriously, it sounds like a joke, but spelled with SERIOUS face it could work brilliant!

Icons Ok, but Speel looks like club Give it some flare in front point (wherever it is).
Icons transparency - not ok, they seems to be "blind" on grass... Mmm, not sure if it will work well, but:
When switching tool - show black rounded background sprite behind all 3 tools, after tool switched - keep it on screen for 1 sec, fading out with alpha, and then just leave 1 active tool icon. I guess, this would be better.
