My camera is old, but it does its job.

My keyboard has done wonders for my typing.

What kind of keyboard is that?

According to the back panel, it was made by NMB Technologies/Keyboard Division. The model number is RT101+. According to the other side of the back panel, it was built in 1995. I first used it with my parents' 90MHz Micron computer.

Not shown : Phil Fish's desk. My desk is the closest one, Jason's against the far wall.

Also we are getting proper chairs next week. I did say "WIP".

You have good taste in nerf guns. I have a couple of those myself.

One time I had my keyboard like that while I was cleaning it (I removed every single key's shell as to not miss anything). I was contemplating just leaving the keyboard like that because it was so satisfying to hit keys when they were capless.

Titch, you look like you should be writing breaking news stories.

I'm not saying that's a bad thing.

I work on the couch by the window. I'd take a picture, but that would involve getting up and I don't want to disturb the cat.

This is my spot.. I live here 24/7 practically..
It's about 1/3 of the technology in our computer room..

The hum is almost scary. The power went out for 3 hours xmas eve and the silence was abrupt and disturbing..
No need for heat in this room, lol.

Corpus is getting more attention than your cat!
Not that he seems to mind having a laptop on top of him.
How much game development is done with the cat-blanket-laptop sandwich setup?

<snip image>
Bad camera + bad compression = less then beautiful
I have the same case as you! but my side fan broke on me, so I removed it.
My desk, looks a bit like this.

My bed is right behind my fancy chair, and the CRT is a temporary measure until I get me a new, better screen.

I stick stickers on slabs of cardboard ten hours per day, working the mexican shift. Twelve to ten. College students saving up to pay for their credentials work the morning shift, but they all leave as my shift starts.

I like it. Nobody bothers me. Back at Rose Wreath, people hated me because I read books during break. They crowded around me once, the entire warehouse full of them, and stared when they discovered I was reading. "What the fuck are you, some kinda college boy?" asked one old man. The rest muttered something in agreement to his feelings. I just closed the book and stared back at them. "Who do you think YOU are?" I asked, "Don't you know EVERYONE hangs onions from their belt?" Nobody answered. I went back to reading. As break ended, and everyone returned to their stations, I heard a woman far in back say, "I used to bring books to work, but I didn't READ them." What the fuck is that supposed to mean?

Anyway, at my current temporary warehouse job, nobody speaks English except the supervisor, who is always far too busy yelling at the girl who doesn't speak any english except for numbers to pay attention to me. It's a real Han Solo-Chewbacca relationship they have going. Ms Supervisor stands there, yelling her frustrations. "You're miscounting! You're miscounting!" And her employee defensively states "fourteen and twoteen! Fourteen and twoteen!" until the supervisor just puts her face into her palm and mutters, "I quit."

But like clockwork, she's back thirty minutes later, shouting again.

It's like I'm a cog in some old cuckoo clock.
