I know:
-C#(I'm at an intermediate level I would say) and I'm familiar with XNA

-Obviously, html
-Game Maker Language
I also wouldn't mind learning a new language for your project, so long as it's free or you could pay for the tools for me.

These go chronologically backwards and are the three projects I am most proud of.
I have worked on various other projects in the past too for websites ranging from file uploaders, to high score boards and achievements for games.
Honestly since this is part of a portfolio building type thing whatever you would like for me to do I can do cheap. Like I don't mind setting up a website for 50$ if it's something like the King Arthur's Gold website.
I will avidly work with you and your team on integrating whatever it is you have me do and we can negotiate a price, I'll be lenient
