Hmm, the core concept is the same as spuck, so not really original? Perhaps he'll take it a bit further though. (my favorite of the "platformer where the only button is jump" subgenre is probably agj's runnerby, where instead of turning around you walk up the wall ...)

I don't know about that, we're already developing Spuck (now Spunk) for Windows Phone and IOS: I was kind of disappointed to find out that Jazzuo's game is using the exact same mechanic, since I had never seen it before in anything.

I'm pretty sure jw made a multiplayer hotseat game that had that same mechanic too IIRC.
Just deal with it guys nothing is original.

Like Fifth said above, in the Wario Land games when Wario gets set on fire he acts like that. There is plenty of room for everybody though, and may he who makes the better game drink wine from the skull of the loser.

I'm pretty sure I've seen that mechanic several times before, even dating back to 8 bit computers era. I also vaguely remember a flash game like that.

At first the window border made me think the game was made in Scratch.

I always turned to ash before breaking those blocks in wario land. I think I'll sit this game out, but it looks interesting.
