There is always somebody who has been doing this way too fucking long to be as bad as they are. Last night I was playing as panda. First pick panda, and say "mid". Out comes SF pick. Okay fine I can offlane no problem. Then comes Centaur and Venge. Erm okay I guess I won't offlane. Then 5th pick Jugg. Rad. Centaur and Venge take the safe lane while Jugg and I fight over farm in the offlane. Enemy team has Axe. Axe splits the safelane. Takes tower and 4 kills before 5 minutes. Against a fucking Centaur and Vengeful Spirit. I am a false prophet. God is a superstition. |

You just have to stand your ground  If you call mid go fucking mid. And if you're tired of people picking shit team comps just play Captain's Mode. |

Because Captains Mode isn't full of shitters banning heroes from the meta that no one was going to pick in the first place and always pick mid for themselves and still feed?
It has less to do with the picks and more to do with two guys who have played a collective 3,000 hours cannot deal with Axe lane splitting. With two of the best heroes for deal with Axe lane splitting. They didn't even pull creeps off of the tower.
There is no peace. There is only suffering.
Also since Panda is still fine in the offlane there was no reason to take mid from SF.

I have a lot of fun in captain`s mode. Unless it`s one of those kids who quickly jump on the 'become captain' button and then ask 'what do you want' like it's all pick.
Anyway. CM is possibly one of the most rewarding ways to play DotA with pubs, at least for me. I have a lot of fun in RD as well.

I hope that Fnatic doesn't trench and say it was because of Era. They are my favorite team, or at least were, until these shenanigans they tried to pull. Unfortunately they are going up against DK first thing so... who knows. I'd put my rares on DK. I think Cloud9 will get rocked by EG. However I hope EG loses because they are man babies and RTZ is really annoying. Zai is great. I don't know much about NewB or any of the other eastern teams save IG. I like whatever team KYXY is on. Oops there's that annoying generalization again.
