About Me My name is John Harvey, and I'm a composer for Film/TV and I'm also migrating over to the world of Video games at the moment. My TV/Film work has been featured on US networks such as HBO, CBS, PBS & Oxygen, and in the UK on Channel 4, SyFy etc.
I'm managed by Gloria Soto of the Max Steiner Agency in Hollywood, who some of you may know as the ex-head of audio over at Blizzard Games.
Anyway, I love games so I'm doing more of them. Those of you who frequent the website 'Reddit', might know me as the composer for the zombie game 'Survivor Zero' being made by the awesome folks there. My sound is very unique, incorporating my classical background with my love of Rock, Punk, electronica and all things noisy! I have spent several years working as a songwriter/composer for 'Sync' companies, which has often meant writing to a very last minute and time-sensitive brief, yet maintaining an outstanding quality of work.
Sound Design is ultimately part of what I do too, so I'm very adept with that aspect of audio.
I'd love to hear from some more enthusiastic Dev Teams who need a unique, and very enthusiastic composer to work with.
