Guns of the Wasteland

As legend goes, long ago, this land was verdant and full of life.  However, after The War, it was left a barren desert.  Civilization has only recently begun to rebuild.  Four kings have arisen, each holding one of the ancient weapons of legend.  They hold four of the last guns.  The kings have grown corrupt and warlike in their power.  You play as a stranger from the desert, who has found the fifth remaining gun in a cave.  Your goal is to defeat the four kings and bring down the Guns of the Wasteland.

-The game is a top-down non-linear action-shooter.
-There will be procedurally generated guns.  Exactly four of them, to be precise.

I like the wall tiles, not so much the background. Sounds fun.
