So, who all is going to Pax Prime this year? I'll be there, first time ever, would love to meet up/hang out/go boozing/see and show games, etc.
Post here if you're going to be there!

Lol, I feel like such a noob posting after a guy from Mojang and Xerus. I'm still pretty new to the scene. But I'm workin' on a game and would love to hang out with some other tiggers one night.
This thread ought to be how we arrange a gathering.

I'll be there with some co-workers...no booth for us though Would definitely enjoying checking out everyone else's wares. We'll also be at PAX Dev so maybe run into some of you all there?

I'll be there, just as an attendee (well, my employer is showing off some stuff, but I'm not personally). Not going to PAX Dev this year, but maybe next year if I hear good things about this one.

Gonna be my first year attending PAX. Really starting to get excited now! Just a regular schlub for now, not attached to any company. I'll be flying up Friday morning with my brother. If anyone knows of some panels that are must-see, list them here so I know what to prioritize.

I live in the area, so if anybody wants to meet up, I'm game for it! Edit: We should have the meet-up somewhere public, like GameWorks or Westlake park or something. I have no tix

Took a bunch of photos of various indie games things around PAX for you folks: Fez was cool. I broke it lol. Behemoth had cool arcade, Battleblocks Theater looked rad. Spelunky was cool. I broke that too... a couple times. I couldn't tear myself away from this game. SO ADDICTIVE! :O Snapshot and Closure shared a booth, delicious puzzle platformer action. Some game, had large crowd of loud people around it for some reason. Never got to play Cobalt cause I avoided crazy fanboi crowd *sigh* NO YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO CUTE ROBOT Fuckin' Faraway. Steph is cool, his game is even cooler. He barely sold any shirts, which are really slick, so if he puts them online BUY THEM OFF HIM because they fit really well and are awesome. My spelunky doll set, opened 'em while having a picnic by the water.

Great pics! It's things like this which make me wish I lived in the US. But then I look at our triple-A credit rating... (seriously, I wish I could attend these things)

Me, David Williamson and Mark Foster do an Indie Games podcast. Give it a listen. And then I'll send you an apology. http://pigignorant.com/

Why can't there be a PAX Midwest? These are so cool! I'm really excited for Spelunky and Faraway. Are you under an NDA for Faraway? What's it like?

Faraway is amazingly addictive and brilliantly simple. I tried beating Stephs score at GDC and almost had it and then he said he hadn't made a real run for highscore in his latest version so he played again and got the score so high that he totally broke my spirit. Hahaha.
