This is a project I've been working on with some friends from college. Our first intention was to take part on Microsoft's Dream.Build.Play competition, but we missed the deadline. We continued working on it, and now we have our Alpha version (or at least we'd like to think so

).
Game DescriptionThe game started off as a simple snooker project. But then we decided to turn the balls into warrior units (Gladiator, Healer, Archer), and give them some life, and special skills. After that, we changed the gameplay to be turn-based. You can decide where each one of your units is going to move in the Planning Phase, and then watch all of them move at the same time in the Battle Phase. If two units of different teams collide, the one who's slower takes damage.
The objective of the game is to kill your enemies units. There's some basic A.I. in place, but it's nothing too challenging...
ControlsYou basically use your mouse to select your units, and to define their direction/speed. You can use the keyboard key "Escape" to pause the game.
