I am selling my game via Impulse Driven and I have a little issue, I cannot make use of the check they sent me, because it's written for PompiPompi which is not a real company. I need the check to be on my name instead.
Regardless of that, I have tried to contact through their developer contact form, and  I didn't get any reply. I did so several times.
There is also no way for me to remove the game from their portal without contacting them.

Any suggestions what should I do?

I guess if you can't switch it out for a personal check from Impulse Driven you've got 2 options left:

Find a bank that will let you deposit/cash it for yourself, after explaining the situation. I mean, it's obviously for you, and PompiPompi doesn't exist as a legal company right? Have you tried talking to the main desk person at your bank? A teller may feel under-qualified to make the decision so I'd go with that.

Your other option would be to start a business under that name and open an account that can accept the check.

If the check isn't crossed, you should still be able to cash it.

Impulse probably has a bit of a mess ontheir hands since the acquisition by Game Stop. Hopefully a lot of stuff like this doesn't get lost in the shuffle.
