^ DingDingDingWinner. And have you ever fought "evil?" They're both equally convincing forces... although I know clearly which one I'd rather end up over/under.

i just dont really get the point of buying a game because tits, if you want breasts there is a) women b) internet pictures and movies of women
why are you even wasting your time playing a video game if breasts are so important
i made this exact same point a couple pages back. why do people still care about videogame boobs in an age where actual porn is freely and readily accessible to anyone with an internet connection? even if you're approaching this from the "lonely basement dweller virgin" angle it makes no sense.

Chicks can like chick characters with big boobs, because they're heroines. But if they like real pornographic chicks like that and get caught (especially girl-on-girl), they're OMG pervygay. (No... not really, but some people actually do think that way. And don't get me started on good vs. bad quality porn. I really don't want to phubans this thread. At least SOME of these boobylicious games are still actually FUN, too.)

Have you seen the male characters to Dragon... whateveritscalled? (Crown, was it?) They're just as sexualized as the chicky ones. Toweringly tall with shoulders an equal width to half their height, and all on a relatively-slim-looking torso? Kinda reminds me of Johnny Bravo, mathmatically.
What, like this?

As I said before, it's just an eye-candy. You don't have to fap to it to enjoy it on some basic level. We just like looking at pretty people. It's like asking why game environments try to be so good looking when you can just get a postcard with more awesome real-world locations.

Maybe you should broaden your views and look into not-so-pretty things and see the interesting, and even beautiful side of it. Beauty gets boring quite fast.

And maybe you should stop assuming things about me that I didn't write. I answered Sinclair's question by saying that we as humans are rooted to like pretty pictures, and that it doesn't necessarily mean we have to get aroused by them. I didn't say that I personally don't see a necessity for expanding the spectrum of characters we see in games. These are two different subjects.

What? You'd rather everything be ugly? Yeah, or "ugly". As I don't so much think about beauty and ugliness, only interesting and non-interesting. And the interesting usually falls in the category of "ugly" for most people. And maybe you should stop assuming things about me that I didn't write.
Yes, but only maybe.

It's a cliché where people assume that things they like are ugly and mediocre when those objects or persons have redeeming or interesting qualities that lures them in. So they express how they're more into stuff for how NOT beautiful they are, when they are in fact beautified by them.

Like I said it is not about beauty or ugliness, it is about interesting and non-interesting. There are only few exceptions when beauty always overcomes interesting, and these are: women, cars and nature.

I'm pretty sure these artists are not making chicks with big boobs because they are beautiful. They are making them because they like big boobs.

There are only few exceptions when beauty always overcomes interesting, and these are: women, cars and nature. i dunno, i'd rather have an interesting wife over a beautiful wife, an interesting car over a beautiful car, and an interesting tree in my yard over a beautiful tree in my yard but the two don't have to contradict of course, you can have both. i'm just saying that i'd take interesting + not beautiful over beautiful + not interesting all other things being equal i don't really see how this relates to the pictures tho -- there's also often a contradiction between beautiful and sexuality. the most beautiful woman is not always the most arousing woman, for instance

Who is the most interesting: Amazon, Sorceress, or Pauline Eres? Yeah, or "ugly". As I don't so much think about beauty and ugliness, only interesting and non-interesting. And the interesting usually falls in the category of "ugly" for most people. Don't tell me you like Edmund McMillen's art.
