An odd name, but I didn't choose it. This is just an article I wrote for the 2011 Game Career Guide a couple months back, meant to be a super intro-intro to the idea of pathfinding in game development.

Cool, I didn't know A* was related to any of the normal graph traversal algorithms (mostly because I didn't know how A* worked at all).
