While hiring a musician is not new to me, hiring a musician on a salary is something that I haven't done yet. Hand Money Left

Here's what I'm attempting to achieve: a new game made by a sole-proprietor to be sold to the market with someone else composing the songs.

What's usually the ideal way for paying musicians, especially those who are not in the same city?

Most musicians I know work on a flat per minute of music fee. I think it's the most reasonable way to do it.
