Hey all,

I've been doing some video tutorials for absolute beginners:

  • Last week I did about 2 unscripted hours on programming with processing, and made a little robot move around on the screen. (Live demo: SketchBots)
  • This week I built everything up front, and the videos are working up to this:

The code is all up at github:

    https://github.com/sabren/GameSketchLib

The framework is MIT-licensed, and the course is all creative commons.

It's made with processing (a subset of java designed for teaching). Processing lets you bundle your sketches as java applets or deploy them on android, and I'm keeping everything compatible with processing-js, too, for deployment with html5/javascript.

Questions, feedback, patches, etc. are all welcome!
