Andrew Rowe
http://flashgameart.com/user/Lord_Garland/

Hello my name is Andrew. I am a full time indie game developer. When I am not making my own games I do artwork for other peoples games. I make flash games but I am interested in doing some artwork for 2d downloadable games or games on any other platform.

I have learned a lot in the past few years and in the past year alone I have worked on many games and have moved to full time development. I hope to off game assets such as sprite sheets at a fair price.

I have decided I should post a portfolio on these forums for anyone who is interested in hiring me.

I have done artwork for many games at this point and have gotten very good reviews from FGA. Have a look on the left of the following link to see what people have said about my work.

I have decided I would link the very flash games I've worked on, as well as the rate I charged for the artwork. This should give you all a good idea of what you get for your money.

Aztec God Game

I did all the buildings, sprite animations and backgrounds for this game. I charged under $500 USD

Final Stand

I did most of the artwork for this game. Pretty much everything other then interface items. I charged under $500 USD.

I have also done some sports games that I can not link to.

Axis Football

I use Poser, Vue and a number of other apps for making this content. I can model my own assets but it is much faster and cheaper to licence existing content. Most of the assets for the games above are from 3d models available online. I have 3-4 years of heavy experience in poser and use of other apps for making game content. I am rather skilled at 3d animation.

I have never backed out of a contract and have always gotten the work done rather quickly.

If you are interested in getting a quote simply Email me at [email protected] with a list of game assets you would want me to make.

Update.

I have done a few more contracts for game art and I am listing one of those now.

Fighter patrol 42 was featured on 5 mins to burn a while ago. You can watch the video here.

I did the artwork for the game at a rate of 475.00 for all assets. Buildings, planes terrian, trees and what ever else was needed.

Update

Here is a sample of work I did for my latest contract. I made 7980 frames of animation for pennies a frame.

And here is a recommendation by someone I did a commission for a while back.

PVGames Said

"I just wanted to post that I have had the fortunate luck to work with Mr.Rowe, and it was a great experience.

I needed a LOT of resources made for my CRPG - dozens of NPCs, dozens of monsters, animals, you name it. It was a huge undertaking, but Mr.Rowe tackled the challenge head-on and completed the entire order way, WAY faster than I thought he would.

Further, he communicated very well throughout the entire process, and even though I am sure I bugged him to death about certain changes and such, he kept a high level of professionalism - and he accomodated all of the changes I requested.

I am impressed with the overall quality of the resources Mr.Rowe produced for me - and they were very inexpensive for the quantity and quality I received. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I highly recommend Mr.Rowe if you are in need of quality resources and animations. "

Thank you all for reading this. I look forward to working with you soon.
