Apologies if I'm not supposed to just introduce a game on this forum. I didn't work on this game so I hope that makes it ok Undecided

. It's actually relatively old (it was released a few years back) but it's still neat: http://wayoftherodent.com/deadeye/index.htm .

Essentially, it's a galaxians-style shooter, but with some neat extra features - bonuses for killing enemies nearer to you, and (what seems to be everyone's favourite shooter trick singe Ikaruga) absorbing enemy bullets for power-ups in certain situations. It's worth a try!

Deadeye is superb. I thought I might still have a copy of the demo stashed somewhere, but it's long gone Sad

I've dropped a nod in the WOTR forums to see if a reupload can be rearranged. Unfortunately, a lot of Rodent got busted from evil hacks a few months back so fingers crossed Ian or Andy have a copy still lying around.
