Yea, I don't understand how the green background help you.
What I think you are doing is you are drawing outlines over a frame of the movie, in a different layer.
So, how does it matter if the background is green or white(wall)? Or is it just to help you out removing the background and make it easier to draw the exterior outline? Or just more convinient?

this project is rad - the walking looks fine to me, but i personally think everyone should just dance everywhere instead of walk.

I like the visuals for this, it has a nice feeling. The buildings look great, the gradients make everything look so realistic, awesome job.

Though I do feel as if something is missing between the two buildings, maybe a cityscape? iunno, it might look better how it is.

The visuals kind of remind me a airplane or fire safety leaflets, or something from the hospital. Would be really nice to see in motion.
