I always liked EVA 01's design, the colors just seem to match it perfectly. I'm not really into action figures, but I wouldn't mind having one of them, it just looks damn sexy.

Bloodseeker only look that good in the redesign. ofcourse, the ability itself really define Bloodseeker character in the original dota.

I really like looking at the characters in Dota 2. It's like a nice blend of fantasy/superhero aesthetic, and each character is very unique/recognizable.

hmm that portrait of drow (who is btw the best carry in the game even better than thats right im looking at you antimage) is unsatisfying Stanley Lau (aka artgerm) did some portraits of her (and other heroes) that i liked.  and this is what she looks like in game  Though she could be considered somewhat generic, her design gets the point (haha) across. |

find one at all costs it is the best game crystal maiden basically looks like an eskimo hooker, and there are too many insect/undead heroes for my tastes, but the other character designs are acceptable enough tbh though i think league of legends had stronger character designs (or at least they were less namby pamby generic fantasy) look at this guy he is a cowboy  look she is chinese  and irelia who i honestly would love to see in dota 2 (40 percent cc reduction in a game where CC will utterly ruin you... that'd be nice... on top of a nice blink skill that refreshes on kills, which means piss easy last hitting, and life regen on autoattacks come on)    HOWEVER in terms of in game character models, Dota2 has got League beat... some of the models in League just look plain terrible SIVIR AND ASHE THIS MEANS YOU. why the other girl get a giant boob? or, why female character design has to be in giant boob to be attractive? the chinese girl(i dunno, John said she is.) has a normal sized boob, which i think did not lose any attractiveness of the character.

I really hate Dota 2 design.  That elf girl is just shamelesly redrawn Sylvana\Nightt Elf model from Warcraft 3 along with water elemental, just copied from the same source. And there is that trailer, where I saw running elf from the first Wow cinematic, dude with Demon Hunter glove-blade things, Pandaren Brewmaster cosplayer, Sorceress and guy who do the Tauren unit attack animation. I can understand when some chinese dudes make such things, but its friggin Valve! |
