For the eighth challenge, pick a game from the Procedural Competition and write a new theme for it.

You can't pick your own game, or one that you did the music for.

Here's the full list of entries: http://www.tigsource.com/features/pgc/index.html

The deadline will be in two weeks.  Sunday August 10th at 11 EST, 8 PST.

I guess nobody liked my theme idea.  I know that it's a little challenging, but I thought that it would be good practice.

Anyway, here's my entry: http://www.thisisnotalabel.com/uploads/NewArtificialNatureTheme.ogg

It's a new theme for Artificial Nature (http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=1696.0)

aaah sorry about this man.  Just haven't been able to give it time.  I was planning on doing something short and sweet for apples and oranges, but yeah, it hasn't happened.   There's still some time...so I might give it a go...but...it's looking unlikely.  And: I've listened to your track once already, but will need to give it another go.

(and, I agree that your contest theme was a pretty good one)

Next comp starts on Monday, say?  I have an idea myself, but does anyone else want in this time?

We might want to consider delaying the next music challenge until after the bootleg compo.

Maybe, yeah.  Hmm.  Or maybe put try for a couple of really easy compos.  Hmmm.

I think the next compo should be a bit easier and less specific.  Maybe just a general setting and theme.  I know the last few competitions I wanted to join but the themes seemed to complicated for the amount of time I was willing to put in.  Maybe other people would be able to join in if we made the competitions at least for now a bit more open and more simple.

Considering the only entrant was PaulMorel, the winner was... PaulMorel!!

Sorry I never entered this, man; I was in Korea at the time!
