My name is David Vitas (da
VIDVItas!) and I have frequented these forums for quite a long time. I'm a musician and audio graduate that has worked on a couple games from Tigsource in the past. I feel it's time to start making my own games. Whose with me?

My first true project is small/medium (an iOS game to be exact). The genre is puzzle, with a whole host of rhythm and music thrown in for good measure. The player moves blocks and such, I can't explain much more without contact. If you're interested I can definitely send you everything you need to know post Non-disclosure agreement. I have covered the entire design, but I can also cover all the audio aspects as well. Therefore, two of the pillars are covered (only art/programming are left). I'm currently only looking for an artist, but if you're a programmer with extensive knowledge of mobile game programming and application programming for windows/mac, feel free to send me an email!
Currently, I'm seeking an
artist/graphic designer to help flesh out the final look and feel of the game. The game is heavily mocked up by me, so most of the final design is finished to the constraints of the program I used. Not a lot of thought needs to go into the design by you (the artist/graphic designer), but I'd also appreciate some feedback and ways to improve the overall design.
About 90% of the design documents and mockups are done. I feel that I can move ahead with production and iron out the finer points later (the finer points being little things like achievements and trophies).
The artist would be responsible for most of the UI and graphics. So far, the graphics will be mostly static images, with heavy emphasis on flashiness. However, since the game is a puzzle game (moving blocks), there's not a lot in the way of art per-say. The main artwork comes in the form of logos.

The game takes heavy stylistic influences from works such as Lumines, Bewjeweled, Wipeout Pure (HD), Guitar Hero, and DJ Max. The game should love very bright, bold, and futuristic (with opacity filters and colours thrown in). Basically I just need you for the look and feel of the game since the design is mostly fleshed out. I hope that factors into a potential pricing quote.
