Interesting article; this woman actually sounds level-headed. But, really, a journalist not making biased or idiotic remarks about games?

She's not perfect, but she's restored a teensy bit of hope in me for the news.

She's not actually making any point, she's just opening the discussion.

I played this game once, I thought it was terrible and had no merit and offended me personally. The game was made by an individual I consider to be well beneath me both socially and intellectually.

However, I hope to appear relevant and appeal to people with certain views about a socially relevant issue. Criticising the creator of the game may seem contrary to these views. So I changed my opinion on the game.

In the end, who can blame me in today's society?

I actually thought it was an entertaining game. Most online games don't capture me that way Tongue

I went back and read the comments to the post on this, and I really liked and agreed with Derek's comment about how it's sometimes good to feel sick and disgusted, and experience those emotions fully, and that game can be an ends toward that. Not all games have to be enjoyable. I hope he keeps making sequels.
