This is due to my uncontrollable interest in game development for mobile devices. "Fatty" (working title) is my first game in Corona SDK and it's coming along really well. Starting from scratch has been difficult but it has helped me to stay attached to a project longer than usual. Game description:Fatty is a fun, action-packed arcade game that challenges you to beat your high score. You’ll have to dodge cannonballs, flamethrowers, falling rocks, and other traps while you chow down on continuous waves of edible goodness. Buy new jetpacks, characters, and power-ups as well as win awards for achieving awesomeness.

It would be nice if he's actually getting fatter instead of increasing scale x and y, but I like the look of this! Also, the idea of different characters come with different controls sound interesting and much better than just changing the graphic. Good luck with this  |

The name and concept of the mechanics reminds me of that one flash game where you were a kid in a donut factory or something and had to run around and eat donuts.

I don't doubt any similarities with other games. Fatty's game mechanics were accidental, just kind of came to be when I started playing around with another file. Then I crafted it into what it is now. |

Hey everyone!
I really need a catchy theme song for my game. An example of a good theme would be the one from Jetpack Joyride; it's short, catchy, and memorable.
My best keywords would be Indiana Jones, 1950s, Adventure, Danger, Falling Boulders, Temple, Foreign, Jungle, Treasure.
I was thinking a trance/electro style song with adventure theme elements.

Hey everyone!
I finally got around to making a menu and gave it a depth of field effect. The coolest part is the character and trail you select in the store show up on the menu! I'm not going to go over everything I've done this week and all the bug fixing but I'm bumping it up to 90%. Thanks for stopping by, leave a comment if you like the game!

I just tested the game on my iTouch and it works perfectly other than some scaling issues on oddly scaled images. Fatty is coming together!  wow! the menu update looks fantastic! this definitely looks like its coming together well
