If someone packages it up, I'll throw it on my website (or mirror it).

Ok, I took it upon me and downloaded and packaged them all. Thing is, that baby's got 249 worth of MegaBites. You think your host can carry that volume?

A rar? Shouldn't we use a legit, lowest-common-denominator archive format like zip?

I'm pretty unfamiliar with seeding too, but this torrent doesn't show any seeds for me. Do you have a torrent client open and seeding, with some ports forwarded?
Or maybe I just have my client misconfigured...

As soon as I get home (and get a copy from the sounds of it), I'll put a copy on my website. It won't be there forever, but I can handle the bandwidth for a month or so without a problem.

Argh, okay, seems like I need some sort of static IP adress and tinker around with my router settings to get this to work. Regular port forwarding doesn't seem to work. This is why I hate torrents... Anyway, too tired to get this running somehow tonight, so dmoonfire, any chance of setting up an guest ftp account for me?

Ok, so I thought I'd just do my own little compilation, how much work can it be? Well, it seems I didn't entirely grasp just how many entrants there are to this compo. Now I do. You can get the entire pack from here (torrent): http://www.mininova.org/tor/1798724...or from here (Wuala): http://wua.la/MedO/Bootleg+Demakes/Bootleg+Demakes.zipThe Wuala Link probably won't work yet for an hour or so, because I'm still uploading the package. But once it's up, it could be faster than the torrent, and you don't need to stay for seeding. If you use the Torrent, please do stay for seeding!

Good stuff. I'll leave my PC on for the night and try to help seed it.

Excellent, I've played some of the games of the competition, but I was waiting for a compilation to try them all, Thanks, and remember to seed you all.

My Netbook fell off the internet tonight for no apparent reason, so the Wuala upload only finished now. Luckily, the Torrent already had another seed by this time, thanks muku (I guess)!

Thanks MedO, for taking over the torrent thing. I guess it's just not my thing... Now to playing the entries!

There's some MASSIVELY awesome shit around here. Seriously, I'm not the slightest bit worried about the Large Hadron Collider. I'm much more worried that this forum will generate so much mass of pure awesome that it will collapse into itself and take the universe with it. It would be the single best way to go. Well, maybe with some added hot alien chicks before the universal annihilation.

That torrent was superfast, thanks guys! I've got about 4GB of my download allowance left to use by tomorrow, so I'll stay on. Although my paltry 8KB/s upload limit won't help much.

I grabbed a copy last night and have been seeding since; looks like seeders consistently outnumber leechers. Should be a quick download.

http://mfgames.com/tmp/Bootleg%20Demakes.zipI'm also seeding most of the night, it just took forever to upload this. I have a pretty decent bandwidth for straight downloads (for those who don't use torrents). Obviously, I'd suggest torrents mainly because they are faster and nicer to everyone, but this should work.

Did anyone else experience issues extracting the games in Vista? I just tried dumping all the games into my /games/ directory and about one in three games had problems extracting files - mostly .wavs and .dlls, but a few others too.
I'll try re-torrenting it, I guess?
