Hello

I've had the idea for this project for awhile, and have been working on graphics for it as well. The idea of the game is to be a pokemon-style multiplayer rpg. Players will catch a variety of different monsters, train, and battle them.

I want this game to be a group effort with who ever ends up joining, so all ideas are welcome.

Enough talk, more pictures.

Have you posted for help at the Unity forums? I read the collaborations every day and don't recall seeing this before.  That might be the place to post.

There are plenty of pixelated programmers pounding out products of peculiar playability at a prolific pace with purported profits.

As a progammer, I can tell you why this post doesn't really appeal to me: Making a Pokemon-style RPG is no small task. It's a big task, and I would only trust an experienced designer to pull it off well. As far as I can tell, you don't have much prior experience as a designer (and I don't either), nor any experience working on games of that scale as an artist.

The solution to this is simple: Start small. Propose a smaller project, one that you can finish in a few weeks. Then I'd be much more likely to want to work with you.

Having said that, I dig your pixel art. If you are interested in working on a smaller project, let me know, since I have many ideas I'd be willing to discuss (and I'd be willing to hear any small ideas you have). These ideas shouldn't take more than a month to do. Here is my webpage where you can check out my modest game design/programming portfolio (in Unity and otherwise): http://pupilgame.wordpress.com/

Honestly, yeah I am asking for a lot. It would probably be at least a 6 month, 1 year project.

But I'd be happy to work on a 1 month project if you have any cool ideas.
