A work in progress! It seems there are powerful forces at work trying to keep our hero from escaping this dungeon alive.

Cathedral will feature:

- A persistent world with a heavy focus on discovery and exploration
- 7 full-fledged puzzle/platforming/action dungeons inspired by Zelda
- Day and night cycles with specific side-quests and mini-bosses
- Over 20 unique areas and towns with aesthetics and quests
- Choose your own path to progress through the game
- Play through flashbacks instead of reading them, get magic skills
- Unlock dozens of items to solve puzzles and further chart the world
- Hard difficulty and bosses, NES-palette and Famitracker soundtrack

It's finally done, the PlayStation Vita version of SwapQuest is complete and will be released on February 23rd in the US and February 24th in the EU!

I was lucky enough to be able to write for the official PlayStation blog about the game and you can see the post here: PlayStation Blog

Now I can only wait and answer emails and hope that the Vita version will find its fans. In my eyes, it's the best version of the game and I cannot wait to get feedback from the players.
Next up are the asian versions of the game, which will be published by Chorus Worldwide. And I'm also looking into making a PS4 version (with CrossBuy for those that already got the Vita version).

The release gif.

This week I finally updated the 3 frames sprites into 8 frames sprites, and had some fun making variations depending on the terrain they walk on:

What's with all the games in here that don't seem to have a devlog? Sad

(I know yours does, Silkworm — just saw it — but in general)
