So, final mockup of my platformer experiment. Pico8 colors(+1 addition grey).



Wonder if do an arcade/platformer or just some "Curse'n chaos" style game like the one by Tribute Games with just a background and some enemies.

Also still not 100% happy with the player Sad .

Tried to capture the effects of Bonedrought in a gif.



Bonedrought lowers the hitpoints of units and buildings, and since yesterday's patch it can also occur on stone tiles (in which case it's called "Stonedrought", of course).

Replaced the 'Roll' evasive maneuver with a Slide Attack. I think it fits better...also added a quintessential for slam attack complete with screen shake.

Finally got a resolution settings system working that also increases performance optimization for smaller screen sizes. That required a map scrolling feature as well.
