small update to the previous package.

added a missing dll after a rapport from a tester.

More dlls might be added if need arise. If you have mscv runtimes installed it shouldn't be a problem.

Tried to improve the "drawn on paper with pencil" feeling.

Here we go.
So fixed random offsets.


Try to ignore the water, I am going to fix up the way it's rendered later.
