Yes. One of the first computer games I ever played. That and an old shareware archer game where you shot apples and bubbles. And a TMNT beat em up. Good times. This is the Keen from Goodbye Galaxy I believe. And yes it is a type of mad hopping mushroom that kills you in one hit.
