Deadly Cops will not have sound. Any attempt at me adding sounds to the game causes performance to drop like a graph depicting a bad day at the share markets and I've managed to crash The Games Factory a record eighteen times which is roughly twelve more times than developing my Outrun demake from last year. I think redoing the whole game from scratch will fix this but I'm not about to do that.

But I will use this to my advantage by not simulating the "back" of the unit, where the speaker is. Since this will mean no sound anyway I have cleverly averted a crisis by passing it off as a feature that wasn't going to be worked on anyway.

Oh yes, that might have been an idea. Shame it would have made it all inconsistent.

I finally redid that terrible bank layout although it looks like a prison now. There's a new instructions card too! It's looking mad authentic now.

It probably hasn't been tested extensively but I consider it in enough of a working condition to be happy.

Just fixed up one lose end. It's not a finished game (due to stuff I had to leave out) but it's done.

very nice and addictive.
I can see myself wasting a lot of time on this game.
Too bad it lacks sound and a proper antialiasing. You should polish it after the compo Beer!
