There's apparently a version 14 out there now. From reading on /v/, it seems it's mostly balancing fixes. The author intends to send me the source apparently, but I intend to ignore that since I won't spend the time to merge this with the stuff I already changed. I've fiddled around with the networking some more, but I'm not sure if the problems are actually solved now. If they are not, please tell me what errors you get (I've added some extra checks). Apart from that, I grouped the objects etc. like I did with my original source (groups don't seem to survive compiling/decompiling). Since the errors were harder to fix than I had thought (if they are fixed at all now), I didn't get around to actually improving the networking behaviour apart from bugfixing. Get build 15 (to skip the unofficial b14 currently out) including source here: http://www.uni-koblenz.de/~smaxein/gg2b15.zipPlease tell me if you still get networking errors (unexpected data et al). I'm "checking in" the sources with this, first one to check out gets to do the next changes.

Woo! Hopefully this will fix the networking a bit. (Edited this part out, I'm a idiot.)

the overweight statement is true, but I meant for it to be a map for tons of people because I think games like those are the most fun. thanks Gang Garrison 2: Massively Multiplayer. Earlier in the thread, I believe limitations on map size were posted.

Hosting b15 on a 100 slot server. I hope we get the balance fixes b14 had though, medics are godly again. So far so good, but when I came bak a few minutes ago the game was apparently frozen and the client wasn't responding. Started it up again and giving it another go. /v/idya - US West There's apparently a version 14 out there now. From reading on /v/, it seems it's mostly balancing fixes. Yeah, b15 client locked up again. Well, as of now the server client seems to be locking up now instead of crashing.

Awesome game. Found a bug in b15. As a spy if you are invis and grab the intel when it is away from the default spawn, you stay invis

I think that's normal (haven't played that much as a spy), I have seen invisible spies grabbing my intel

I think that's normal (haven't played that much as a spy), I have seen invisible spies grabbing my intel I'll expand. It feels bugged because it does not work this way in regular TF2. In addition, when you grab the intel in such a manner, you cannot de-cloak, nor can you fire your weapon. You are a sparking target phantom.

How does one make a map for this? I think I missed the post. I sorta want to make a sweet map, but I can't find it in the 25 page history

Alright, I am here to represent [SS] (Syndicate Server) Hmm, we are kind of a clan. You can join if you want, we're always trying to run the latest version but the server restarts often because it seems that when a guy log in and then log out, his name and character still stays on screen, so it lags the server and everything. Anyway! As I said feel free to join Original members are [SS] _BuBa_ [SS] Scaredsim [SS] Olivil Oh and to whoever will want to fix this, my recommendation are: Fix Demoman impact, because in 2dfort2, demo can kill people at spawn Maybe add somekind of support to show names on top of people

Here is a map I'm currently working on. I just wanted to do a smaller map with simple graphics to be different from the other maps. Also, the stripes and my name is only there to prevent stealing.
