What do you think? The real game art style is not going to be like the poster.

Hi!

There is already a thread for this sort of thing here:

http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=3993.0

Or if you're looking specifically on how to improve, there is an entire subforum here:

http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?board=45.0

But as to what i actually thought: Overall it's sloppy and unprofessional looking. Looks like something a 12 year old would draw, as opposed to an actual poster for a game. Not a game I'd be interested in playing, at any rate.

I don't want to crush (what I assume to be) a young boy's artistic aspirations, so I'll put a light at the end of the tunnel. Drawing is a learnable skill. You can get better at it if you work hard enough.

Assuming you're willing to put in the effort, I'd recommend you read this:

http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=2960.0

As well as look at some good artists, and learn from their works.

PS: The next time you decide to post something, please look at the current topics to discern whether or not you should start a new one.
