It's been a long time since I posted here, so there's lots of new stuff to post yet. Here's some of the new stuff we've been working on:
Campaign Mode: This is the story mode and works something like a big tutorial for the end level.
Deep Dungeons of Doom: The final dungeon of game. It's procedural and hopefully here is where the game will really begin, the idea is to delve deeper and deeper.
Crafting: To help exploring the depths of the Deep Dungeon of Doom you will need better equips and items. Crafting should help you with that, when you kill monsters you will receive various amounts of materials that you will be able to turn into (almost) any item in the game.
Large Inventory: The player can only carry/use one equipment and one item at the time in the dungeon. But, outside the dungeon, he can keep items and equips in his chest for later use.
Upside-down Dungeons: Like this tree
now dungeons can go in both ways. I'm planning some horizontal dungeon too.
New Map: Just a new map! Now fully functional.
Altars: Here's where the player can permanently upgrade his character, there are three altars: of the Old Gods, Frozen Gods and Dead Gods.
