Wahhh! I've been a lurker on this forum for so long now, but the concept art for this game is so awesome. Also, i <3 coffee to an unhealthy degree.
If no one else has the chance to create this game, I would love to do it. I am reasonably proficient in actionscript 3 (and working on an engine that would be suitable for this game at this very moment!) so you would be able to play the game in a browser window. Fancy hitech stuff right there.
If Flink does do it, then all the best to you guys. At least you made me finally post on this forum :D Now I have to participate.

Well, i'm currently working only in two games of mine (a flash shooting webgame and a java 3D dungeon crawler webgame :-P). I could offer my programming skills in exchange of some art :-).
My only concern is you stopping working on the game. I already had this twice at the past and i don't like it.

Hey, I'm a C/C++/C# programmer and I can program for GL/DirectX/XNA (I need projects to do to build my portfolio up anyways) So if this is a mid size project of if you just need a programmer who can do a few hours programming a week I'll be in. And the game looks to have a nice style. What's the game mechanics?
