Hey TIGSource! Just thought I'd drop the word that my game, Children of Liberty, is still in development (yes, after all this time!) but is now available for Alpha Funding on Desura. If you're not familiar with it, it is a 2.5D stealth platformer which takes place the night of Paul Revere's Ride. Why are we selling the game in such an early state? Well, because we need all the feedback we can get to make this game as enjoyable as possible, and what better people to listen to than those who've spent their hard-earned money to support a struggling indie development team?
To show how historically accurate we are trying to be with the project, we are having a sale on it. While the game normally costs $9.99, for Patriots Day only (the 237th anniversary of the Battles of Lexington and Concord) the game is 50% off for just $4.99! Getting in on the alpha gets you access to the game for PC and Mac (no Linux builds until Unity supports them) and all updates through the game's launch.
