First screenie!

It's far from being true to the gameboy (huge screen, physics etc.), but it's
all right to bend the rules a bit for the sake of making a fun game, right? Wink

Edit: It's done, PLAY ONLINE HERE (download)! (

)
It could probably use a bit more love, but I'm in the middle of moving houses -- as
soon as I have written this I have to pack down the computer. I'll try to get a hold
of an internet connection somewhere though so I can try all the other entries!

Thanks! :D I'm not sure how true it is to the original though.
I have changed some things and omitted others where it made sense to make
a fun to play demake. I hope you don't feel like I have mistreated your game,
it was made with lots of love towards Flashbang Studios (... and dinosaurs all
over the globe!) Kiss It's still about time limits and landing on platforms though!

Thanks guys! :D
There's some issues with the game, the number of iterations
in the physics step is ridiculously high (for a flash game),
so it probably doesn't run very well on older computers.
And I forgot to embed the font for the time limit, which bugs
me to infinity. I'll fix these things and tweak the gameplay
a bit more before the deadline.

Played this at the office yesterday.  It's pretty great--I like the mechanic of not having enough fuel to fly upwards, so you're essentially falling in a controlled way.

Can you post this as a web SWF?  Flashbang is mostly Mac these days, so I can't easily play it at home.  Also, what did you use for physics?  Box2D?

Glad you like the game guys! Beer!

Also, what did you use for physics?  Box2D?

Sorry for my late reply, I've had very limited access to the net
since I moved. The first post is updated with a link to an online version!

For physics I use motor2 which is a action script port of Box2D.
