Decided I should probably actually play the demo. Really liking it. The music makes it feel so calm. Bats are a bit annoying but other than that, it's been a really pleasant experience. I'll be sure to buy it once I get the cash. Definitely looking forward to seeing the rest of the game.  Thanks! Yes, the bats are called "Annoyer" in the code, ha, though they get predictable after a while. Glad you'd like to play the rest. Congratulations on completing the game! It's really impressive. Hi TIGSourcers! I haven't been super vocal in this thread, but I've read every post and I really appreciate everyone who has been following Anodyne's development. Thank you so much for the comments, support, complements, and criticism. During the rougher parts of development it was great to be able to come here and see that people were actually interested in the project! Congrats again dudes.  P.S. Just curious, did you try contacting the Humble Store to see if they'd let you sell through them? They seem like a better option over Fast Springs and was wondering how open those humble chaps are. |

Bought it. The core mechanics didn't really intrigue me, but the graphics and soundtrack made up for it. Also I'm a sucker for yume nikki type games, and the level design of this one wasn't half bad in the demo. So good work, I'll give a more comprehensive review once I get further along.
