Suddenly a portal to another dimension appeared on my screen. Not sure what to do now.

I was working on a shader that generated a background (the stars, gradients, etc.) for my game and that glowy thing was supposed to frame the level. Smiley (more developed version can be seen here https://twitter.com/gimblll/status/678887010002673664)

A while ago I tried to generate a 2d world using where I used a modified version of Conway's game of life.

While it was neat maze generator it was actually supposed to generate islands like this.

Oh is that the B3/S12345 rule?  I used to mess around with Conway's GoL a lot...

Not as much a game error, but more like an audio error for a game. So I was designing a delay effect (VST format). I'd ordered pizza, and had to go down to receive the delivery. Anyways I had it loaded into my test software, playing notes with another synthesizer and a rather short feedback time. Or so I thought. What I forgotten was that I had some resonance applied from a filter to the effect. When I got back up to my flat 5 minutes later my speakers squealed like a high pitched smoke detector. Smiley I live in an apartment complex so my neighbors where quite concerned regarding the bleeping and the squealing from my flat.

No it's more something like B123(with 50% birth rate)/S234 however looking at how B3/S12345 looks it does seem to generate similar results.

Some time ago when I tried to implement scrolling backgrounds as some low quality 3D and ended up with non affine texture mapping issues.
