Your brush strokes tend to get a little messy and lazy in some places. Be patient with it, I can tell you're learning a lot and improving with each piece.

It's more about focus and observation and time. It looks like your focus for this one is likeness, skin, and metal. You should be able to see some of your weaknesses, and you can focus on those topics (my humble suggestions being hair, accurate drawing, and cleaner blending at the moment). Learning to paint to imply objects cleanly instead of rendering every detail or putting some messy/sketchy blobs is another skill you can learn from focusing on how you use your brushes.
