(I forgot to note the exact cause of death for LandsharkRAWR in the death recap. Added.)

Vote: Gylph
Why was Landshark's body in your domicile?

Landshark sacrificed his life to save mine. I don't know why he did it, frankly, because I'll likely be killed tonight if not today. But that was his will, and that's why I have to seek truth and reason -- order -- in the world. For Landshark's sake. And Garthy's. There's too much blood on my hands for me to simply die without redemption -- too many unanswered questions. But if it is INANI's will that I should today, unredeemed, die, I will shoulder my fate.

Glyph, why was someone trying to kill you? Do you know who it was?

Wait, so Landshark was killed by Glyph's security devices, and not Landshark's security devices?

(Yes. Landshark RAWR was killed in Glyph's domicile, by Glyph's domicile. That's one reason I revised the death-scription.)

That is significantly less suspicious, moreso if Glyph admits that Landshark was not trespassing. Do both the rebels and the ORA have access to INANI's systems now?

I don't know anything other than that Landshark sacrificed his life to save mine. I can assure that I'm neither a Roader nor an ORA agent, though; I'm enraged at how powerless I am in this situation. I tried to do what was right, by exposing Garthy's lies, but it seems he was doing good all along. If anyone has any leads, I'd be glad to hear them.

Sorry, that last question was sort of introspective, not meant for INANI.

Are you sure landshark was sacrificing himself for you and not actually attacking you while you were protected by something else?

I was told, and know explicitly, that it was a sacrifice. Though I don't know the killer... they'll probably be back for me tonight, at any rate. Quite the dour situation.

How were you informed that it was a sacrifice?

Poor souls.
Alevice seems like they are trying to hide something by always verifying their posts with passkeys and such. Nobody else in this town seems to do that, so that sets Alevice apart.
I vote Alevice to die.

Judging by the fact that the breach in Alevice's system was illegal, it was probably an act of the rebels rather than the ORA agents. Alevice, do you have any more information regarding the nature of your attempted assassination?

Ashkin: I was informed in the message by INANI that it was a sacrifice. But I didn't need that to know it was - after all, I saw it with my own visual receptors. It was late at night when I was awoken the alarm of my security system. I looked into the darkness and a flash of sparks flew from the security drone, temporarily illuminating the figure of Landshark standing bravely in front of my gun turret. Then there was the rattle of bullets and silence, except for the steady whirr of the cleaning bots in the background. Why Landshark was in my hovel, I cannot say. But it is a miracle that I stand before you today.

... Despite you not being Alevice, your information is still interesting- Landshark must have protected you from an assassination attempt. As I see it, there can't be one person protecting two people, and there couldn't have been two attempted kills by the rebels, I think... So, as I see it, either Glyph or Alevice is a rebel.

I'd be willing to subscribe to that notion. Alevice has been proactive in communicating with people early, for whichever reason. Perhaps they run the security systems? A rebel? Who knows?
Glyph had a man die for him in his own house. While he says it's a sacrifice, word of mouth means very little in these dark times. I'd be willing to keep my vote aimed at Glyph until we know more.

Sorry Ashkin, I was just responding to your earlier question, as per INANI's encouragement of speech. I can assure I'm not a rebel, however it's quite obvious to me that I was targeted last night. Perhaps Landshark's form of protection was different from the type that protected Alevice.
