Man, I'm sorry about that. Eventually stuff's gotta move, though; we can't stay on one day forever  Sad

You might want to delete that post, or remove who you were targeting, though.

Oh damn, I wouldn't have guessed Tanner was a werewolf. That was a really good fake out power! I was on the fence about the whole incontrovertible truth thing, but now I see it was a really good idea! This was a great game, Crowe!

I suspected Inanimate. I gave him 50/50 of being a wolf. I was convinced Abraham was a wolf and was disappointed nobody tried to really push that vote for him.

You need to act sooner Wade! You totally let us down with your game winning power. You have to be more decisive! I had directed Ashkin and Geeze to spread out their power usage to maximize the odds of finding a wolf. When Geeze found out your role, I was really hoping you'd identify another! I died too quickly to get Ashkin and Geeze together. I should have introduced them, and then maybe we would have won!

On day one I contacted Fraxcell, wondering what his role would be to suit a reporter. He was so open with it, I figured he had to be innocent. Then he died. Lame.

Ashkin and Geeze both contacted me on the second day, and I felt pretty confident they were innocents. I was expecting the wolves would lie about their powers, so Inanimate and Abraham keeping quiet was piquing my suspicion.

Really good game! I wish it had moved a little faster, but that's my only complaint!

I GUESSED TANNER WAS A WEREWOLF

I found the fact that he was a doctor suspicious, as it's the most 'innocent' role out of the bunch -- and he wasn't killed once. The only reason I didn't accuse him is that I felt it would make me a giant target, as it seemed no one else suspected him.

And yeah, I've been very busy in real life, so I completely forgot huge swathes of the game at points. Lots of silly mistakes made during the game because of that.

I was somewhat disappointed that some of the more interesting powers died so soon -- the blackmailer especially. Fraxcell actually picked one of the werewolves immediately (I forget which) which could have been interesting if he hadn't died literally hours later.

The theme of the roles, I thought, was information -- everyone had control of information in some way, whether it was Inanimate's ability to prove himself or Fraxcell's blackmailing or the maid's eavesdropping. The only two who didn't have this were the colonel (who was instead the only werewolf to know how many there actually were, among other things) and poe, whose power of confession was at least information related. Speaking of which, I was certainly annoyed when poe, who could only die by lynching, was immediately lynched and removed from play. Oh well Wink

That was a pretty cool game, although it definitely lacked momentum. I think people were so invested in their roles that nobody wanted to start arbitrarily pointing fingers on the first couple of days. Having a few more people might have helped too.

Oh shit. I was at band camp all week and missed this. Sorry! I thought the game would be over by the time it started.

My main problem with the game was that the werewolves didn't know who each other were, so I was always super hesitant to really call out anyone on anything, for fear of killing an ally. I think it might have had something to do with the sluggishness of the game. Also, RPing more was fun but there wasn't enough evidence to make things really interesting. People only really had roleplaying quirks to go on for accusations. The incontrovertible truth mechanic is really neat, though.

I knew you were one, hence why I chose you, haha. I was certain someone would prove you were one and thus I would be shown as innocent (despite working with a werewolf)

Tanner wins by not playing. Another cunning victory.
