Oops; I hadn't re-added the ".dmg" MIME type to IIS after the server reprovision a few days ago. The link should work again. Furthermore, there's been some issues with email delivery recently. If you don't receive an activation code, re-request it an hour or so later.

I think there's another problem with the mac download, however this could be all me.  Every time I use the mac link on the website, I get a 404 error.  Is this me, or the link?
