This looks absolutely gorgeous. I am very interested to see where this goes, especially how the horror will fit in.

If the level design alone makes you interested in a game, you know it's going to be good.

INCOMING TRANSMISSION FROM DEV:

@Pixhead and the rest,

I'd reveal more about the game, but I'm not entirely sure what people want to know. 'Gameplay' right now can't be shown as it's mostly in a conceptual stage beyond basic movement kinaesthetics. Expect something like Amnesia, but without the puzzles - though, even this is liable to change.

INCOMING TRANSMISSION FROM DEV ABOUT MOTION PICTURE 'TRON':

[AEON has] Absolutely 0 to do with Tron or it's setting, though my work is heavily inspired by one of Tron's concept artists: Moebius, so some of that may have bled through.

This is looking really cool!  I don't see the darkness being as much of a problem as everyone on Polycount seems to make it, it helps to make the environments a bit creepier (though perhaps it just has to do with how my monitor is calibrated, it possible that for some people it's too dark to see).

I'm also quite curious to know how the game plays. Granted, the visuals are of pretty good quality, but I can't tell how the experience unfolds. Also, what genre of horror are you going for? Is there an existing game that you guys could cite as a reference?

Cheers!  Gentleman

this project is absolutely amazing. quality work you're putting into this game, props. the graphics are some of the best I've ever seen from an indie game. I'm looking forward to seeing some gameplay.
