Hi there! We are looking for a 3D artist(s) ( environment/props or characters), who'd like to join our small team and take part in development of Frozen State (devlog on IndieDB
http://www.indiedb.com/games/frozen-state)
About Frozen StateFrozen State is a post apocalyptic sandbox survival. The game takes place in the alternative universe, where Soviet scientists found wreckage of a space ship near Tunguska. This discovery had tremendous impact on technological progress, but the space ship was carrying an unknown extraterrestrial life form that was awakened after a contact with human DNA. A tiny endospore, that replaces parts of human DNA with its own to adapt and transform human body to its needs. When the disease broke out from the walls of laboratory in a highly secret city, located in Siberia, it spread around the globe. Turning infected humans and animals into mutated dreadful creatures.
The Key features we want to implement in the game:-live, interactive world ( a system of random and semi random micro events, which are based on player's interaction with the world)
-deep exploration ( a possibility to get into virtually every building to loot every corner)
-atmosphere ( dark and gloomy retro-futuristic post apocalypses)
-vehicles
-tactical combat system ( V.A.T.S like)
Concept Arts Characters' design
Environment
3D modells It's a big and ambitious project, which will take ages to make it in the team of three. We also make the game in our spare time and on our own scarce resources, so we can't offer a paid job. But what we can promise is a friendly and passionate team made of enthusiastic people, interesting project and at the end a finished game.
We sure with new people on board we can significantly speed up the development.
